Fit With Rev Privacy Policy

Andrew Cox, operating under the name Fit With Rev (“Fit With Rev,” “I,” or “me”), provides fitness coaching, digital resources, online courses, and related services. This Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit Fit With Rev websites, request free resources, purchase products, participate in coaching or challenges, or communicate with me.
1. Information Collected
Depending on how you interact with Fit With Rev, information may include:
- Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, account identifiers, login information managed by authentication providers, and communications preferences.
- Purchase information: products ordered, subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing information, and payment status. Payment providers process payment credentials; Fit With Rev receives information needed to administer purchases.
- Coaching and fitness information: goals, exercise experience, workout and food logs, habits, body measurements, weight, progress photos, injuries, physical limitations, and health information you choose to provide. Some of this is sensitive personal information.
- Communications and participation: messages, intake responses, bookings, attendance information, check-ins, challenge submissions, feedback, and support requests.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, interactions, referral sources, campaign tags, cookie identifiers, and access logs. Hosting and other platform providers may collect technical information through their services.
Information comes directly from you, from your use of the services, and from providers supporting purchases, scheduling, coaching, authentication, communications, and website operations. You may decline to provide optional information, although missing information can limit personalized services. Please do not submit information about other people without appropriate permission.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used to deliver purchased products and requested free resources; manage accounts, subscriptions, and payments; personalize coaching; administer bookings, check-ins, and challenges; respond to requests; maintain business records; prevent misuse; improve services; and comply with legal obligations.
Website and purchase activity may be used to understand which resources and offers are useful and to measure referrals and conversions. Internal records may connect a signup or purchase to a referral or booking reference.
Marketing emails are sent as permitted by applicable law and your signup choices. Accepting this Privacy Policy alone does not establish consent to marketing or sensitive-data processing where separate consent is required.
3. Fitness Information and Progress Photos
Fitness and health-related information is used to provide and administer the services you request. Provide only information relevant to your participation. Any consent required by applicable law will be requested before the relevant processing.
Your identifiable progress photos, testimonials, or results will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission. Participation in a challenge does not by itself authorize publication of private health information or photos. Any public recognition or sharing will follow the disclosed challenge rules and applicable permissions.
Fitness information is not sold or used to target third-party advertising. Coaching is not healthcare, and sharing fitness information does not create a healthcare-provider relationship. This does not diminish protections that applicable privacy laws provide.
4. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
Information is disclosed as needed to providers supporting storefronts and course delivery, payment processing, coaching apps, website hosting and storage, account authentication, email, scheduling, video calls, analytics, and business administration. Depending on the service you use, these include Pillar, Stripe, Kahunas, Clerk, website hosting providers, and email, calendar, or video-conferencing providers.
Information may also be processed by authorized contractors or software and automation providers supporting intake, record organization, communications, or reporting. Where AI-assisted tools are used for those functions, relevant information may be processed by those providers. Required notice and consent will be obtained where applicable. Automated tools do not replace qualified medical judgment.
Providers may process information on my behalf or under their own privacy policies, depending on their role. Only information relevant to their function should be disclosed.
Information may also be disclosed with your permission; to meet legal obligations or respond to valid legal process; to protect rights and security; or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law and required notice or consent.
Public posts or submissions to a shared community may be visible to its participants. Do not post information you intend to keep private in those spaces.
5. Cookies and Website Analytics
Fit With Rev websites use cookies and similar technology for account access, security, preferences, and usage measurement. The main website's analytics can use visitor and session identifiers, referral and campaign information, page views, link interactions, and active time on a page. A booking reference may associate activity with an inquiry or booking.
The current first-party analytics script stops sending analytics events when it detects Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track setting. This does not necessarily disable essential functions, server security logs, or all independent third-party collection.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect login or other features. Third-party storefronts and embedded services may have their own cookies and controls. Consent will be requested before optional tracking where required by applicable law.
6. Free Resources and Email Marketing
When you request a free resource, your contact information is used to deliver it. If the signup clearly states that it includes joining the Fit With Rev email list, your information may also be used for fitness tips, newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or email rev@fitwithrev.com. Marketing opt-out requests will be honored within 10 business days. A limited suppression record may be retained to respect your choice.
Unsubscribing does not cancel purchases or subscriptions. Necessary delivery, billing, account, and coaching communications may continue.
7. Retention and Security
Information is retained for the time reasonably needed to provide services, maintain required business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information's purpose and sensitivity, the customer relationship, and applicable requirements. Backups and provider records may remain for limited additional periods under their retention processes.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No electronic system is completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and contact me if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Email rev@fitwithrev.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict certain processing, appeal a denied request, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling if those activities occur.
Requests will be handled under applicable law. Identity verification may be needed, and legal exceptions can permit or require retention. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate prior lawful processing, but may prevent services requiring that information. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
If a request is denied, you may reply to request reconsideration or appeal where applicable. You may also contact the appropriate privacy or consumer-protection authority.
9. Children and International Processing
Fit With Rev services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact me so I can investigate and take appropriate action.
Fit With Rev operates in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Required safeguards for international transfers will be used where applicable.
10. Third-Party Websites and Policy Changes
External links, purchases from partner businesses, and independent third-party services are governed by those providers' privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in services, practices, or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where required. New uses requiring consent will not be authorized solely by posting an update.
